The society faces global challenges to meet the needs of new energy sources.It is necessary to focus on the food problem. According to scientists for solving the problem of hunger on a global scale it is necessary to triple the production of food, which is obviously unrealistic, especially taking into account the need to combat the consequences of the global financial and economic crisis. Therefore, the solution of this problem is partially possible in the context of the development of biotechnology, improving the forms of agrarian relations and agricultural production, increasing the volume of concessional loans to developing countries, expanding the role and activities of the International Emergency Fund in the world food program.Thus, the global food problem is not only hunger and malnutrition, it lies in complex economic relations. For solving it, it must be organized the coordination of international steps in this sphere, which should lead not only to the elimination of hunger, but first of all to stabilization of agricultural markets, solving a number of economic, demographic, agrarian-technical and resource problems.The problems of the oceans and the formation of marine economy are associated with the use of marine energy and biological resources and with the pollution of the marine environment.The environmental protection activity of international organizations such as the Confederation of the North Seas and the International Maritime Organization is growing, and there are some programs to limit the pollution of the World Ocean by chemical and industrial waste. According to the data of these organizations, up to 20 billion tons of harmful substances are discharged into the ocean.In addition, the International Seabed Authority has been established, which has the power to issue permits for the exploration and exploitation of deep ocean resources, for example, ferromanganese nodules.Thus, this organization is trying to solve the problems of the oceans, developing specific measures related to monitoring the activities of various states, with environmental protection, production volumes, demand and prices for raw materials.Russia is very actively involved in the activities of most international organizations that solve global problems of the world economy, in the development of numerous projects.Thus, global problems can not be resolved quickly at the level of individual countries or individual companies. We need a single international mechanism for their solution and regulation, the definition of international legal and economic norms.
