The category of property rights includes the exclusive right, which includes the rights: to use the product of intellectual activity (hereinafter - PID) (art. 1229 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation); to dispose PID (art. 1233 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation); to protect PID (art. 1252 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).-Personal non-property rights. They are inseparable from the personality of the author, include rights to authorship, name (art. 1228 of the Code). Rights may not be transferred to another person.Other personal non-property rights arise with respect to different types of objects of law. These are rights: following (art. 1293 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), to the patent (art. 1357 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), access (art. 1292 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), to the review (art. 1269 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).Intellectual property is divided into two main areas of rights: copyright and copyrights and industrial property.Copyright includes works of art or science as well as computer software.
