With it the authoritative modes dominating in the majority of the Muslim countries should be considered. In new conditions they are simply compelled to go for the big democratization.
Under the influence of globalization processes cultural, ideological, social and economic communications of the people of the Islamic world have amplified also, there is a formation of Moslems’ transnational political consciousness. Today any Muslim country or a community can't ignore what happens in the world, and especially, in the neighbourhood. There is also an intensive judgement of actual world problems, including youth and female, making powerful impact on Islam development, on development of Muslim identity. That is partially why the number and qualitative level of the international non-governmental Islamic organizations has increased in new conditions.
At the same time globalization leads to appearance of panarabic mass-media, making use of experience and achievement of the western journalism, there is a formation of the general cultural-information, ideological and even theological spaces. Their influence isn't limited to the Arabian countries. These mass-media are representatives of all Islamic world since the Arabian language has become the language of international dialogue of all Moslems.


Conclusion

Nowadays relation of Russia and Islamic countries develop in different ways depending on different aspects. Still all the aspects are important and are of the almost the same value to the international community.
In Russia there are not enough the people opposing sales of the weapon in the countries of Islamic world also there are no internal political restrictions which connect hands of the Russian politicians in this area. Pride which the Russian power has for the countries of Islamic world as a symbol of revival of Russia substantially is divided also by Russians.
The American concern is interpreted cynically as complaints of competitors, and are considered through a prism of a subject line of 1990th years in which the West aspires to hold Russia humiliated, including disarming its commodity markets.
Nowadays inconsistent globalization, along with absorption and dissolution of the Islamic world, has gathered in a paradoxical effect. It stimulates awakening and modernization of the Islamic world on the basis of own ideologically-theoretical base, rethought in a context of the present. Globalization in the Islamic world as it is strange, along with the statement of the unified cultural and ideological model found in the western neoliberal standards, stimulates formation of new global transnational ideology, and is wider - a new version of Muslim mentality and identity which will influence development of all mankind.
