– "Vedomosti&"). And Skoltech became the only Russian university in the ranking of young universities according to the main scientific journal Nature in October 2019 – it took 97th place. As [the Nobel Laureate] said ZhoresAlferov, Skolkovo is not a territory, but an ideology. The number of people who perceive this ideology is growing, and this inevitably leads to the development of our country. This is not only due to the efforts of Skolkovo. More and more people in Russia are interested in technological entrepreneurship, becoming entrepreneurs, and young people are increasingly involved in this process. 10 years ago, all this was just a theory.Every innovation center in the world is unique. There are features in Skolkovo that I have not yet discovered in my foreign colleagues. Technology parks in other countries of the world are primarily developing IT technologies. These are office spaces where companies write software. Skolkovo covers, perhaps, almost all technological spheres. At first, this omnivore caused a grin, but now it has become clear that such a variety of startups is difficult to find in any innovation center in the world. Of course, IT companies occupy almost 40% in Skolkovo, but this is less than our foreign colleagues.Skolkovo is not only an office, but also a laboratory room, which makes it possible to conduct full-fledged laboratory tests, including medical examinations. As a rule, such opportunities are provided by scientific organizations or large pharmaceutical companies. Our startups can remain independent and independently access the most demanding devices. You are not forced to share your intellectual property or equity interests. After conducting a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the "ideal manager clusters", we can draw the following conclusions: for managers, the most important qualities of a manager are considered to be the ability to increase the company's income and an understanding of which offers and suggestions are the most productive for the company. For employees, the most important characteristic is compliance with the sales schedule, as well as high-quality and conscientious performance of work. As a result, the "ideal manager" must be an excellent, well-educated person, competent and efficient, which, in turn, will ensure the growth of the company, increase the budget and reach new levels.Dobrina, N.
